    Service scope

    AIDigitalEx may provide strategy, conversation design, website implementation, automation planning, software configuration, and related support as described in an agreed proposal or statement of work.

    Client responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved content, access permissions, escalation rules, legal approvals, and timely feedback. Clients remain responsible for decisions made by their staff and systems.

    Automation limitations

    AI calling agents and automations can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or require human intervention. They should not be used as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

    Acceptable use

    Services must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, unsolicited, or harmful communications. Call recording, consent, marketing, and data-handling requirements must be reviewed for each target jurisdiction.

    Intellectual property and third-party services

    Ownership, licenses, data access, hosting, phone providers, CRM tools, calendars, and other third-party services should be defined in the applicable agreement. Availability and pricing of third-party services may change.
