How AI is used in our workflows.

AIDigitalEx builds and plans AI-enabled calling and automation systems. We believe people should understand when an automated system is involved, what it can do, and when a human should take over.

What an AI calling agent may do

Depending on the agreed workflow, an agent may answer routine questions, collect information, qualify intent, offer approved next steps, schedule within defined rules, create a lead record, or route a conversation to a human.

    What it should not do

An AI agent should not invent facts, make clinical or legal judgments, promise unapproved outcomes, conceal uncertainty, or replace a qualified person for sensitive, urgent, regulated, or high-impact decisions.

    Human review and escalation

Each production workflow should include human escalation criteria, fallback language, approval boundaries, and an owner responsible for reviewing outcomes and updating the playbook.

    Accuracy and change

AI systems can make mistakes and may require monitoring, testing, and content updates. Approved business information, calendars, CRM records, and integrations should be reviewed as they change.
